About Our Client
Our client is an International company and they are looking for a trilingual Personal Assistant of the CEO.
The company is located in Woluwe.
As Personal assistant of the CEO, your main tasks will be:
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Calendar and appointment management.
- Organising and liaising with clients and other third parties for meetings and conference calls.
- Travel arrangements(international and domestic).
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as necessary.
- Keep the Executive informed about phone calls/info.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree Required.
- Executive Assistant with 3+ years experience in an international environment.
- Very good communication skills.
- Perfectly Trilingual (DU/FR/EN)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office.
- open-minded, punctual and self-confident.
