About Our Client
Our client is an important player within the FMCG sector. Today, they are looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Assistant (NL ENG FR) (M/F) in Brussels. Its products are used worldwide in everyday's uses and its sites are located in Europe. They are proposing a long term contract starting with 6 months as a temporary worker.
As a Trilingual Customer Service Assistant (NL ENG FR) (M/F), your tasks are the following:
- Make phone prospecting and on-line sales with customers.
- Follow-up and communicate with each customer about the status of its query or claim
- Manage customer orders in the IT system
- Coordinate the transportation and logistics process with the corresponding department
- Give after-sales and administrative support to the area
- Give support to the area management in ensuring the application of the area policies
The Successful Applicant
The required key qualifications for the Trilingual Customer Service Assistant (NL ENG FR) (M/F)are the following:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch and French. English is an asset
- Analytical mind and organizational skills
