As a Telesales Account manager you are responsible for:
- Contacting customers on a frequent basis to understand their requirements, ensure continued growth
- Handling objections, selling the service in its full capacity
- Completing campaigns and projects, ensuring maximum coverage
- Obtain feedback from customers
The Successful Applicant
For the position of Telesales Account manager, we are looking for someone with following requirements:
- Confident / clear communication
- Previous experience in customer relationships within a B2B environment
- Highly organized, driven, good time management skills and good attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, high level of team-spirit
- Knowledge of MS Office
