About Our Client
Our client is a major energy supplier in the Luxembourg energy market, also present in Germany, France and Belgium. They transmit and distribute electricity, natural gas and renewable energies to industries, SMBs, distributors and private households.
Operating in Belgium since 2015, the company is located in Walloon Brabant. They are looking for a sales executive to join their team as soon as possible.
As Sales executive in the energy sector you will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the front line between the customers and the external business partners (Sales agents and consultants) on one side, and the organisation on the other side
- Together with the other (Key) Account Managers, continuously monitor the market. to find new opportunities and strive to acquire new customers by leads generation, cross-selling and proactive follow-up of the requests
- Take care of our existing clients and ensure the daily coordination inside the organisation in order to constantly improve their satisfaction, their loyalty and the efficiency of our processes
- Be in charge of the follow-up of a network of external sales agents and ensure them a high level service
The Successful Applicant
- Your hold at least a Bachelor (BAC+3)
- Experience in Sales, Marketing and CRM is considered an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, commercial sense and attitude
- Good team spirit and strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and availability
