About Our Client
Our client is a key player in the Real Estate sector. Present in the B2B sector and having several main clients in the retail, FMCG, technical and investment industry, they want to develop these 3 departements.
According to their growth and future objectives they are looking for a Business Developer for the region of Brussels.
As a Sales consultant, you:
- Are responsible for your own portfolio of B2B clients
- Are able to negotiate and network with both clients and partners
- Are not afraid to close deals and maintain an excellent relation with follow-up with these clients
- Are able to build strong relationships and work on a long term basis with SME's
- Are a true ambassador for your company by giving an excellent image of yourself and the company towards your clients
The Successful Applicant
- You have at least a Bachelor diploma
- You are a junior or ideally you have a 1st experience in a commercial role
- You are perfect in Dutch or French and have a strong level of French or Dutch
- You have a serious affinity for the B2B Real Estate Sector
- You are passionate about negotiation, closing deals, building strong relationships and networking
- You are smart, you can easily find opportunities to maintain the development of the company and you're a born Sales
- You are a true and can work autonomously
