About Our Client
Our client, with a sales office based in Zaventem, is an important player in the automotive industry.
As English Speaking Sales Support officer, you will have following responsibilities:
- Sales administration: Purchase orders, invoicing, delivery notes
- Sending of samples, preparation of shipments, logistics documents, receiving deliveries.
- Monthly stock administration
- Data sheets support
- General administration(travel arrangements) and work in support of the department.
The Successful Applicant
As English Speaking Sales Support officer, you have following profile:
- A minimum of 2 year experience in a Sales administration profile.
- Very fluent in English (any other European language is an asset)
- Customer Service minded
- Calm & stress resistant
