About Our Client
Our client is an international company active in the Fashion industry. The head office of the Customer Service department is based in Antwerp. At the moment they are looking for Customer Service Specialist with strong language skills in French and Italian.
As a Customer Service Specialist you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Providing support to facilitate sales
- Achieving the best possible daily service for all customer requirements
- Acting as a first-line of contact for order intake, processing, order deliveries and customer complaints
- Processing returns, credit notes and replacement requests for product faults, delivery errors...
- Providing pro-active technical and commercial advise as well as proposals for additional or complementary products
- Providing the Regional Sales Team with all relevant sales reports in order to manage the region
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Sales
- At least 3 years of related work experience in Customer Service
- Strong language skills in French and Italian
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Helpful and reliable
- Positive mindset
What's on Offer
After a successful interim-period you will get a fixed contract.
