About Our Client
International pharmaceutical company, active worldwide.
Under the guidance of the Head of Back Office, you will:
- Provide administrative support for the different departments;
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and request, ...;
- Organize the agenda and make appointments;
- Organize and prepare meetings and events;
- Organize travels and accommodations;
- Prepare of invitation letters and visa applications;
- Work as a central point with travel agency for business travel bookings;
- Devise and maintain office systems to deal with the flow and storage of files and information;
- Create expense reports and requests for payments;
- Take care of DHL deliveries;
- Set up conference calls;
- Organize congresses;
- Coordinate of internal and external meetings.
The Successful Applicant
- You have a first relevant experience as Management Assistant or Travel Organiser;
- You can speak fluently English and French (Dutch is an advantage)
- Structured, organized, ...;
- Work autonomously and pro-active;
- You are a problem-solver.
