About Our Client
Our client is a leader on the pharmaceutical market.
They are looking for Administrative assistant for temporary missions.
The company is located in Brussels, near by train station.
The responsibilities will include :
- Handling & writing correspondence and phone communication
- Assistance in administration and follow up of the files
- Welcome of the clients & contact with clients by phone and e-mail
- Drafting letters and official documents
- Work together with other colleagues
- General administrative support to a team
- Invoices & billing
- Manage deadlines and agenda
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidate will have the following profile :
- Bachelor in Office Management / Administrative orientation
- Fluent in English & French, knowledge of Dutch is an asset
- Good Knowledge of MS Office & internet & e-mail
- An eye for administrative tasks
- Sense of responsibility
- Motivated with a positive attitude
- Want to learn
